However, most of the time this story, like yours and mine, is untold until we open our eyes and hearts to uncover and embrace it. We source our coffee through local importers we know and trust. Each coffee we chose has gone through rigorous selection process such as green coffee analysis, moisture content, sample roasting, cupping and flavour profiling. We carefully roast them to highlight the best and rich flavours they can offer.
