Orders

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Yes, you can! Please contact us at info@beneathcoffee.com as soon as possible after placing your order for any cancellation or modification requests, we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I do coffee subscription?

Yes! Please send an inquiry to info@beneathcoffee.com.

Dispatch Time

The cut off time for all orders is 5pm EST on Thursdays. We roast on Fridays and Saturdays and dispatch all orders on Mondays. However, the roastery is closed on national holidays, in the instances that Monday is a national holiday, we will ship the orders on Tuesdays.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We do! We offer free Canada-wide shipping on orders over $45 CAD and $15 USD flat rate for US orders over $60 CAD. For international shipping, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. If you are unavailable to checkout with your country of choice, please reach out. We will make alternative arrangements where possible.

*Please note that you are responsible for any custom and duty fees if deemed necessary.

How long does it take for delivery?

Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 - 14 days, whereas international shipments are in transit for 4 - 22 days. Please note that these times are estimates only and not a guarantee, especially with the global pandemic slowing postal times down worldwide.

How can I track my shipment? 

You will receive an email including shipping conformation and tracking information.  

Return Policy

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

RETURN POLICY – COFFEE

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of our freshly roasted coffee as it is a perishable item. However, we would like to work with you to resolve the matter. Please contact us at info@beneathcoffee.com within 72 hours of receiving your coffee in case of any issues.

RETURN POLICY – MERCHANDISE (NON-COFFEE ITEMS)

In regards to non-coffee products, we will not replace any used items. Kindly email us your order number, reason for exchange or return, and the items and quantities you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of order date. We will provide you with details on how to proceed with the return or exchange process. All returns or exchanges must be placed in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost on a refund or exchange. 3% transaction fee would be taken for all refund.
